The coffee is Hand sorted, Shade grown, Bird friendly, Organically grown.
The beans come from a natural hybrid of Arabica and Robusta, a varietal found only in Timor-Leste.
This hybrid retains qualities of both, resulting in a hardy plant with a smooth, vanilla flavour.
